Bake With Jack

At Bake with Jack I have been having loads of fun hosting bread making courses in peoples home since 2013! In this demonstration I’ll guide you through the steps toward making your own multiseed loaf. We’ll discuss kneading techniques, resting your dough and how to shape a loaf to make sure it proves tall and proud! Along the way I’ll point out common mistakes I see time and time again, and share my top tips to make your bread a roaring success every time. They’ll be plenty of time to answer your bread making questions too.
