Carlo’s Trattoria

Perhaps Guildford’s favourite Italian restaurant, Carlo’s Trattoria is celebrating 30 years this year and has become something of an institution to diners, thanks to its warm, family-run vibes and authentic Italian dishes.

Carlo and his two chefs will be demonstrating the ingredients to use to make homemade pasta, then how to turn the pasta mixture in to different types of pasta ie. ravioli and tagliatelle by using a pasta machine. Learn how to make a delicious filling from one of Carlo’s own recipes and how to store the pasta parcels so that they don’t become broken and can even be frozen for later use.
