Sour Kix

Sour Kix are a young talented and hard working band from Woking. Siblings Louis 16 (Guitar), Ollie 14 (drums) their sister Amelie 11 (vocals) and their friend Ed 16 (Bass).

Having formed in 2013 they made a name for themselves playing local festivals and gigs raising over £9,000 for various charities before in 2015 exploding onto the larger music scene with appearances at Carfest North and South for BBC Children in Need along with WWF’s Earth Hour (for which they are now ambassadors) to name but a few. The year culminated in a live appearance on Chris Evans’ TFI Friday, with Ronnie Wood calling them “awesome”!

2016 was even busier with the band playing at numerous festivals and gigs across the country such as Albury Music Festival, Gig on the Green in Yateley, Vet Fest, Haslemere Fringe, Cranleigh and Woking Food Festivals, Always The Sun and one of their favorite Venues, The Boileroom.
2017 is looking to be just as exciting, they have recorded two new songs to follow up from their first release “Wonderful” which is available on itunes, spotify, amazon music and all the usual media channels.

So many people have helped and supported them on their journey such as Phoenix Cultural Centre in Woking and they have been given such great opportunities. When not playing local music venues, they can often be found busking in Guildford.

Watch Sour Kix play an acoustic set on the Bohemia Stage.
